Piano Master Class with Sabine Simon

German pianist Sabine Simon has performed with the Berlin Symphony Orchestra, Leipzig Gewandhaus Orchestra, Dresden Philharmonic, Berlin Radio Orchestra, Rubinstein Philharmonic Orchestra Lodz, Mozarteum Orchestra Salzburg, and under Conductors such as Antoni Wit, Zdzislaw Szostak and Dennis Russel Davies. She has performed throughout Europe, as well as in Japan, the U. S., Canada, Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico, with appearances in Berlin Philharmonic Hall, the Schwetzingen Music Festival, Salzburger Mozartwoche and Klangspuren Schwaz, among others. Acclaimed for her incomparable technique and her poetic musical insights, she has received numerous awards, among them first prizes at the Bach Competition Leipzig, Bechstein Competion, Special Award of Darmstadt Chopin Competition, Edvard Grieg Award of International Grieg Competition, Oslo. Ms. Simon teaches at the Akademie für Tonkunst in Darmstadt and at the Landesmusikgymnasium Montabaur.
