Robert Gallucci, president of the John D. & Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, will discuss the difficult choices facing today's major philanthropies. Before joining the MacArthur Foundation in 2009, Gallucci was the dean of the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and spent 24 years in government service.
