Food for Thought is holding a Food Day celebration sponsored by Sustainable Duke with a theme of "Stories of Sustainability," in which we will host restaurant owners, managers, workers, professors, and farmers to share their personal accounts of knowledge in the food industry. This is an amazing opportunity to meet with great sustainable-oriented minds and to hear the captivating stories of the lives beyond our plates. A light meal from local, sustainable restaurants will be provided to accompany discourse.
