How Theater Can Make the World a Safer and Sexier Place: Participatory Arts-based Activism for Sexual Health

This participatory workshop is an embodied introduction to the UCLA Sex-Ed Squad approach to arts-activism for sexual health, and AMP NC, an arts-based sexual health education intervention. In the workshop, you will learn through hands on experience how humor, personal narrative, and interactive ¿forum theater¿ can lead to transformational dialogue and open a space for people to become their own sexual health advocates. No experience required to participate! Open to students, staff, faculty, and community.Free, but space is limited, so registration required.
