Exhibit: "Rostros Del Tiempo, Faces of Time"

For many years, Duke professor and Center for Documentary Studies core faculty member Charles Thompson has been documenting life in border cities along the U.S./Mexico border and the challenges facing citizens of both countries. Thompson's resulting project is called "Border Odyssey," which includes an interactive website and forthcoming photography book by the same name. Thompson's "Border Odyssey" photography work will be on display as an exhibit entitled "Rostros Del Tiempo, Faces of Time" at the John Hope Franklin Center Gallery.Presented by the Duke Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies, Program of Latino/a Studies in the Global South, John Hope Franklin Center for International and Interdisciplinary Studies, Center for Documentary Studies, Duke Human Rights Center, Cultural Anthropology, and the Consortium in Latin American Studies at UNC-CH and Duke University.
