New Graduate Development Program (NGDP)This 24 - month program allows graduates to gain valuable knowledge and experience through the completion of four six-month rotational assignments within our Product, Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Processing and Corporate Relations functions. The program will provide recent graduates with a formal program to build a comprehensive knowledge base and skill set regarding Visa¿s products and services, key initiatives, and business model.
