OIT Training Learn IT @ Lunch - Go Phish - Not as fun as it once was

We'll demo how easily attackers can craft phishing emails and why they're so effective. Learn some of the common tactics utilized by attackers to help better protect yourself, friends, and family from such a dangerous threat. We'll cover efforts Duke takes to thwart such activities then open the panel up to discussions with those in attendance. We're looking for feedback from the community to help determine which areas work best in raising awareness and hope to brainstorm ideas that may present a new spin to this ever present topic. Learn IT @ Lunch is designed to be an opportunity to learn about technology in a relaxed lunch environment. Each session includes a presentation followed by Q & A. No pre-registration is required. Seating is available on a first come, first served basis. NOTE: Lunch is not provided. Feel free to bring a brown bag lunch.
