Family Philanthropy: Now and Forever?
Virginia M. Esposito is the founder and president of the National Center for Family Philanthropy. She works on the family philanthropic experience, promoting values, vision, and excellence across generations of donor families. She served as the editor and principal author of "The Family Foundation CEO: Crafting Consensus out of Complexity," "Splendid Legacy: The Guide to Creating Your Family Foundation" and "The Power to Produce Wonders: The Value of Family in Philanthropy." She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Great Nonprofits and on Independent Sector's Ethics and Accountability Committee.
