We are hosting a free workshop to provide an inside perspective on the recruiting and interview process, with the following mini-sessions: 1) Recruiting differences between the firms (15 minutes) 2) Behavioral portion: Best practices and how you will be evaluated (15 minutes) 3) Case portion: Best practices and how you will be evaluated (15 minutes) 4) Live mock interview: See a former interviewer on the hot seat (45 minutes) 5) Open Q&A The speakers are two Duke alumni who have come back to coach our members! Jeff and Ari have worked at BCG and McKinsey, respectively, and founded their own startup called Beyond Case Prep. Beyond Case Prep was started to help candidates understand and prepare for the consulting recruiting process. It will focusing on the entire process from application to offer, and going beyond just case prep to include the crucial behavioral and interpersonal elements as well.
