Adaptive Challenges of Adolescents with Sickle Cell Disease and Their Parents

This presentation will discuss the findings from focus groups involving adolescents with sickle cell disease and their caregivers. The findings will focus on the challenges they face and the adaptive work they do to self-manage the disease.
