DVS Workshop: Fusion Tables - Simple Mapping and Charting

Break down the bariers surrounding your data: combine tables, mark locations, shade regions, make charts and graphs, hosts and share with ease. This introduction to the features of Google Fusion Tables will provied an overview of many Fusion Table capabilities such as merging datasets, filtering and aggregating data, and visualizing data by creating online maps and graphs. For certain tasks, it can serve as an alternative to using statistical software such as Stata or GIS software such as ArcGIS. NOTE - This course does NOT provide computers- please bring a laptop to participate.
