Col. Dr. Tarif Bader, Deputy Surgeon General, Medical Corps, of the Israel Defense Forces, will share his experiences overseeing the treatment of refugees fleeing the Syrian Civil War. He will also give an overview of his aid missions to Nepal and Haiti. Dr. Bader is a proud member of the Druze community, and currently presents a series of grand-rounds and academic lectures at leading university hospitals and seminars.
