More about Allan:

Allan Freyer joined the Justice Center in June 2011 as a Public Policy Analyst for the Budget & Tax Center focusing on economic and workforce development issues and economic analysis. He became Director of the Workers' Rights Project in June 2014. He has over a decade of experience in federal, state, and local economic development policy, including service as a policy advisor to three Members of the United States Congress and as an independent economic development consultant to nonprofits, universities, and state and local government agencies. He has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Duke University and a Masters in City & Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, where he is also currently pursuing his PhD in Economic Development.
