Angie Díaz, a graduate student in the Program in American Studies at Yale University, will inaugurate a series of Lunchtime Talks with LSGS Alums. Angie earned a B.A. in History as well as a certificate from the Program in Latino/a Studies in the Global South (LSGS) at Duke University in 2014. She is interested in the ephemeral moments of crossing borders between nations, histories, and cultures, particularly for Chicanos/as in Texas.
