Foreign Language & Area Studies (FLAS) Fellowship Info Session

Academic year FLAS fellowships are awarded to graduate students at either the Master's or doctoral level.

Summer FLAS fellowships may be awarded to either graduate or undergraduate students pursuing language study.

Potential applicants are strongly encouraged to attend. These awards are made possible by Title VI area studies grants administered by the U.S. Department of Education.

Note: Free parking is available beginning at 5:00 pm in the Pickens Health Clinic Lot across the street from the John Hope Franklin Center.

The FLAS Fellowships competitions deadline is February 17, 2017.
