Water Policy: A View from a Philanthropist in Washington

Nancy Stoner, Water Program director and senior fellow at the Pisces Foundation and former acting assistant administrator for water at U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), will present "Water Policy: A View from a Philanthropist in Washington" at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, January 25, in room 1101 of Environment Hall. Stoner will discuss her work to protect U.S. freshwater drawing from her experiences at the Pisces Foundation, the EPA, and the Natural Resources Defense Council. Q&A will follow.
The event is co-sponsored by Duke's Nicholas Institute for Environmental Policy Solutions, the Nicholas School of the Environment, and the Conservation Fund. It is free and open to the public.
