Koru Meditation with the Student Wellness Center
Developed right here at Duke, Koru Mindfulness is an evidence-based program specifically designed for teaching mindfulness and meditation as way to manage stress and reduce anxiety.
To participate, you will be required to attend all 4 classes consecutively.
Dates: July 2nd, 9th, 16th, and 23rd.
