How Far is 100 Miles? An Update on US-Cuban Relations from a Cuban Diplomat

Miguel Fraga, First Secretary at the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba in Washington, D.C. since the re-establishment of diplomatic relations on July 2015. He has worked for the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 2006 in Cuba, the United States, and Canada.

This event is presented by the John Hope Franklin Center, and Duke's Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies. A light lunch will be served. Parking is available in nearby Trent Rd. and Erwin Rd. parking decks. The series provides 1 hour parking vouchers to guests.
