Haiti: Problématique constitutionnelle et problèmes

Prof. Mirlande Manigat is a former first lady of Haiti and currently the Dean of the Law school at the University of Quisqueya. She earned her PH.D at the Sorbonne in France in 1970. Her academic career took her to different countries such as Venezuela and Trinidad to share her knowledge with foreign scholars as well as students. Besides her academic career, she is also a former senator and is currently the head of the political party RDNP which she founded with her husband, the late Haitian president Prof. Leslie François Manigat.
