Leonid Peisakhin will be presenting a talk titled, "The Invisible Boundary: Cultural Legacies and Persistence of Political Identities." This seminar is part of the Robert R. Wilson Lecture series. It is co-sponsored by the Department of Political Science, the Sanford School of Public Policy, and the Duke Program in American Grand Strategy.
