In this workshop, designed specifically for female and female-identified graduate students and postdocs, you will learn how to evaluate and negotiate job offers so that we can start to close the gender pay gap! You will also practice how to identify your value, conduct market research to benchmark salary/benefits and role-play scenarios using effective responses and strategies. This workshop is useful for those targeting any type of industry, including academia.
