Nancy Folbre: Talk, "Valuing Care: Time, Money, and Capabilities” (with Reception)
Please join the Revaluing Care Lab at the Franklin Humanities Institute for two days of events with the feminist economist Nancy Folbre. Focusing on care economies, Folbre is author of six books and countless articles on how we might revalue care and change the current economic system.
On September 25, from 4:40 to 7:10 pm, Folbre will discuss, over a seminar and a dinner, her manuscript-in-progress, Accounting for Care in Jocelyn Olcott's graduate seminar "The Political Economy of Care."
