Karl Rove and David Axelrod - Phillips Lecture

The Program in American Grand Strategy is pleased to welcome Republican strategist Karl Rove and Democratic strategist David Axelrod for our fall 2024 Ambassador Dave and Kay Phillips Family International Lecture on October 22.
