In conjunction with Duke Divinity School, Duke Initiatives in Theology and the Arts presents a lunchtime lecture by renowned poet and theologian Rev. Dr. Malcolm Guite. Dr. Guite will discuss the relationship between poetry and the vocation of soul care.
Dr. Guite is a fellow and chaplain at Girton College Cambridge, and his work was recently featured in both the New York Times and Christianity Today, where he was called "a tribal elder for younger generations." We hope you can join us!
Admission is free. No registration necessary. Lunch provided for first fifty attendees. Lecture will take place at Duke Divinity School in Westbrook 0012.
