The Duke University Middle East Studies Center (DUMESC), the Department of African and African American Studies (AAAS) and Duke University Press (DUP) invite you to the launch of Beeta Baghoolizadeh's book "The Color Black. Enslavement and Erasure in Iran" (Release date: March 29, 2024).
Beeta Baghoolizadeh (Princeton University) will discuss the book with Khwezi Mkhize (Duke University) and Paniz Musawi Natanzi (Duke University).
It will be followed by a reception and book signing. Books will be available to purchase at the event and can also be purchased in advance at Duke University Press.
