Two Truths in One Heart; Two Peoples in One Land

An Israeli and a Palestinian who both live in the West Bank discuss their experiences as part of Roots/Shorashim/Judur, a local Palestinian-Israeli initiative for understanding, nonviolence, and transformation.

Noor A'wad is a Palestinian activist, tour guide leader, and resident of Bethlehem, as well as the Palestinian English-language Roots spokesperson. One of the founders of Roots, Rabbi Hanan Schlesinger spent his whole career teaching Jewish studies in various seminaries, colleges, and frameworks in the Jerusalem area and serves as the group's Director of International Relations.
