Race: Past, Present, Future

Join us for a panel discussion exploring the ways in which, over time, different fields conceptualize, interpret, and utilize the race concept. Panelists include Lee Baker (Duke University), Joseph Graves, Jr. (North Carolina A&T University), and Adriane Lentz-Smith (Duke University).
Kenyan paleoanthropologist Richard Leakey will serve as a discussant. Charmaine Royal (Duke University) will serve as a moderator and geologist Emlyn Koster will serve as chair.
