Novel Justice: Rage of Innocence: How America Criminalizes Black Youth with Kristin Henning
Kristin Henning (Duke English and African American Studies '92) is the Blume Professor of Law and Director of the Juvenile Justice Clinic and Initiative at Georgetown Law. Professor Henning previously worked for the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia, where she helped organize and served as Lead Attorney for the Juvenile Unit, designed to meet the multi-disciplinary needs of children in the juvenile legal system. Professor Henning will be discussing her book The Rage of Innocence: How America Criminalizes Black Youth, moderated by Crystal Grant, Director of the Children's Law Clinic.
