The Southeast Regional Coalition for University-Assisted Community Schools will give a historic and contemporary analysis of the community school and university-assisted community school (UACS) landscape. Participants will learn about UACS strategies in Durham, NC and Elizabeth City, NC, and will co-create a regional coalition that imagines how to meet the needs of public-school communities through partnerships with higher education institutions.
